Executive Coaching
Our executive coaching offer supports client growth by working with the obstacles that get in the way of being the leader they want to be, accomplishing the goals they set for themselves and their organizations and/or aligning and deploying their teams.
We use an exploration/action/reflection model to unpack the situation and get to the heart of where there might be obstacles and feelings of stuckness or frustration. We use the questions and challenges brought to the session to inform the direction of the work and generate the desired results.
Clients leave each session with meaningful insights, increased confidence, and/or a way to move forward. Our objective is to help clients make concrete, tangible progress on the situation at hand.
Developmental Coaching
Developmental coaching is for clients who desire a fundamental and sustained change in an area that is deeply meaningful to them. We offer a customized 9-12 month program that provides a clear roadmap for the developmental journey. This program is based on a rigorous assessment and proven methodology, which is informed by the coaching topic and the client’s experience of what’s worked and not worked up until now.
Developmental means that attention is placed both on the something/someone happening “out there” and more deeply exploring what’s happening “in here” in response. Together with the client, we use the coaching objective and challenging leadership situations to surface these issues and reactions and identify areas that need further development. We then create experiments or practices that enable the client to practice new behaviors and reflect on the results of that new behavior.
This creates new learning, which provides the opportunity is to access new perspectives, employ new capabilities, build increased competency and confidence, and make more creative and response-able choices and decisions.
After completing a customized developmental coaching program, clients are better equipped to achieve desired outcomes relative to their coaching topic. They are more able to leverage the best of what was, let go of what was limiting, embody new qualities and make more conscious choices. This results in a more liberated and effective way of being and acting in the world.
